How do I find the right size?
We provide detailed size charts for each product so that you can find the perfect fit. If you are unsure, our customer support team will be happy to help – simply send us an e-mail at antigbelts@gmail.com
How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
Delivery time depends on your location. We ship parcels once a week, usually on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days.
What should I do if my parcel does not arrive?
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by e-mail including a tracking code, which you can use to track your parcel. In some cases, the parcel will be delivered to a parcel shop if delivery is not possible. If you still encounter any problems, please contact us at antigbelts@gmail.com.
What should I do if the product arrives faulty?
If your product is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at antigbelts@gmail.com. We will find a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
What should I do if the size does not fit or I would like to exchange for a different model?
We do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return the item to us for a refund and then place a new order in the desired size or a different model.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. For further details on returns, please email us at antigbelts@gmail.com. Once the belt has been returned to us, the purchase amount will be refunded.
Can I also buy Antig Belts products in physical shops?
Yes, we collaborate with the Goesslie shop in Vienna. You can also find all our belts at Burggasse 29.
