How do I find the right size?

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Delivery time depends on your location. We ship packages once a week, usually on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days.

What do I do if my package doesn't arrive?

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including a tracking code, which you can use to track your package. In some cases, the package will be delivered to a parcel shop if delivery is not possible. If you still have problems, please contact us at info@antigbelts.com

What do I do if the product arrives defective?

Should your product be damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at info@antigbelts.com. We will find a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

What do I do if the size doesn't fit or I want to exchange for a different model?

We do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return the item to us for a refund and then place a new order in the desired size or a different model.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for up to 30 days after delivery. For more details on returns, please email us at info@antigbelts.com. Once the belt has been returned to us, the purchase amount will be refunded.

Can I buy Antig Belts products in physical stores?

Yes, we work with the Goesslie store in Vienna. You can also find all our belts at Burggasse 29.
