- Jeder Gürtel hat 5 Löcher im Abstand von 2 cm0,8 in. Trage ihn am mittleren Loch, dann kannst du ihn um 4 cm1,6 in enger oder weiter stellen. Every belt has 5 holes, 2 cm0.8 in apart. Wear it on the middle hole and you can adjust it 4 cm1.6 in tighter or looser.

1Umfang messenMeasure your circumference
- Entscheide, wo du den Gürtel tragen willst: auf der Taille (A) oder auf der Hüfte (B). Decide where you want to wear the belt: on the waist (A) or on the hips (B).
- Lege ein Maßband locker um diese Stelle, über der Kleidung, und lies den Umfang ab. Wrap a tape measure loosely around that spot, over your clothes, and read the circumference.
- Runde auf die nächste Gürtelgröße auf (Tabelle unten). Zwischen zwei Größen? Nimm die größere. Round up to the next belt size (table below). Between two sizes? Size up.
