To determine your correct belt size, first measure your hip circumference with a tape measure at the point where you want to wear the belt. If your measured hip circumference is less than or equal to 80 cm, choose size 80. If your hip circumference is between two sizes, always choose the larger size. For example: If your hip measurement is 87 cm, choose size 90 cm.
